The Turndown Club provides in-home linen and towel refresh services to households in Orange County, CA. By using this website or booking service with us, you agree to the terms outlined.

2. Service Terms

Eligibility: Services are offered to residents within our current service area. We reserve the right to decline service based on availability, household needs, or other considerations.

Cancellations & Rescheduling: You’re welcome to skip a scheduled visit at any time—just let us know via text, call, or email, even on the same day. Skipped visits do not affect your weekly rate. Think of it like a luxury hotel: service is always available, and you can choose to enjoy it—or not—at your discretion.

Satisfaction Guarantee: If you're not satisfied after your first visit, we’ll return to make it right or refund your payment. No questions asked.

Linen Ownership: Customers may choose to use their own linens or opt into plans where linens are provided by The Turndown Club. All provided linens remain our property and are rotated during service.

Access: Clients are responsible for ensuring safe, secure access to their home at the scheduled visit time.

3. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Here's what we collect and how we use it:

Information Collected:
We collect name, address, email, phone number, and service preferences through forms on our site.

Session Data & Behavior Tracking:
We use third-party software such as LogRocket to monitor how users interact with our website. This helps us improve site performance and user experience. 6. Service Skips & Vacation Holds

You're free to skip any visit—just let us know by text, call, or email, even on the same day. Skipped visits do not affect your weekly rate, and no credits are issued. Think of it like a luxury hotel: your reset is always available, whether you use it or not.

If you'll be traveling for an extended period, you can place your subscription on a Vacation Hold—pausing both service and billing—for up to 6 weeks per calendar year with at least 3 days’ notice. Your Founding Member rate will remain active as long as your subscription resumes after the hold period.
